An enological consultant is important to growers who have been selling their grapes for only so long. They know how to take care of the vineyards but have no idea what to do after that. Roser and a handful of trained enologists give them a chance to participate in the new Priorat. Roser skillfully juggles 14 wineries in eight regions, each with a different set of needs. She creates a map for each project but then lets the grapes tell her what they need. For her, the opportunity to give form to the dreams of the smaller wineries is very gratifying. She hopes she can do the same for herself one day.
